How it all started
In 2019, fueled by a love for high-performance vehicles, I embarked on a mission to upgrade my N54-powered 135i with a single turbo. In the process of addressing all known issues on the N54 I learned about the serpentine belt problem and to my surprise found no viable solution on the market.
As CNC Machinist by trade, I decided to take matters into my own hands and thus MaLo Industries was born.

Very nicely made, I think it's better than OEM, cured one of my oil leaks.
Perfect. Oil temp was 120c. Now the max what i got was 110c when driving hard. Ambiet temp was 28.5c. Works well.

Can I perform the install myself?
We recommend you use a licensed mechanic to install the parts.
However, if you are mechanically inclined you will be able to install the parts yourself. There are plenty of install videos available to help with the install.
Corrosion
Will the stainless steel bolts in the Crank Seal Guard Kit cause corrosion on my engine block?
Yes. However, It will be very minimal.
Forum reviews suggest to opt for aluminum fasteners for N52, and N51 engines due to their magnesium content.
